Psycho-Social Resource Nurse
1994-Present Functions as a liaison between Emergency Room/Trauma Center and patients and their families. Acts as consultant to medical and nursing staff for crisis debriefing, personal impairment, interpersonal conflict and communication skills. Conducts communication seminars for nursing administration (hospital-wide) and "Giving Families the Bad News," to Emergency Room residents.
